- £8 a month each on any plan, or £80 a year on a yearly plan. You’ll never pay more than the next plan up, and we’ll tell you when moving up works out cheaper.
- Pay yearly
- You pay for 10 months and get 12, extra vans included. Solo £49, Starter £219, Small Fleet £399, Fleet £599, Large Fleet £1,299.
- VAT
- Solo includes any VAT. Fleet plans are plus VAT where applicable.
- Photo archive
- Check photos are kept for 24 months as standard. The 6-year archive is £0.50 a van a month (£10 for 20 vans), or £6 a van a year on yearly plans, added to the same Direct Debit and switched off any time.

How the first month works.

No contract. You pay by Direct Debit on the website, so there’s no app store cut in the price.
How is the price worked out?
By the number of vans. Pick the plan that covers them, and add £8 a month (or £80 a year) for each extra van. You never pay more than the next plan up. Drivers are unlimited, so staff turnover costs you nothing.
What happens after the free month?
Your Direct Debit is set up when you sign up, and the first payment is taken when the month ends. We email you a few days before, so it never comes as a surprise. If it isn’t for you, cancel before then and pay nothing. There’s no contract.
Is VAT included?
Solo is £4.99 a month including any VAT. Fleet plans are plus VAT where applicable.
What do I save by paying yearly?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. That goes for extra vans too: £80 a year instead of £8 a month. Small Fleet, for example, is £399 a year instead of £39.99 × 12.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. If you add vans, we’ll tell you when a bigger plan works out cheaper.
What’s the 6-year photo archive?
Check photos are kept for 24 months as standard (or 15 if you prefer). The archive keeps them for 6 years for £0.50 a van a month, or £6 a van a year on yearly plans, on the same Direct Debit. You can switch it off any time, with 30 days’ notice before anything is deleted.
What’s the difference between Solo and Starter?
Solo is the phone app only, for owner-drivers running their own van. Starter adds the Yard, the rota, training and packs for up to 5 vans. Solo grows into Starter when you need it.
Why do I pay on the website, not in the app?
App stores take a cut of in-app subscriptions. Paying by Direct Debit on the website keeps the price down.
