Privacy notice
Last updated 1 October 2026. This covers the website and the early access list. A full notice for the app will be published before it opens.
Who we are
Roadproof is a fleet compliance app for courier subcontractors and small fleets, being set up as a UK limited company. If you have any questions about your data, email hello@roadproof.co.uk.
What we collect
When you join the early access list we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, and if you choose to give them, your company, number of vans, phone number, how you heard about us and a referral code.
What we use it for
- To tell you when Roadproof opens and set up your free month.
- To call you, only if you gave a phone number and asked for help setting up.
- To credit whoever referred you, if you used a referral code.
We don’t sell your details or share them for marketing. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it’s kept
Your details are stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in the UK. The website is hosted by Netlify.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after Roadproof opens, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. If you sign up as a customer, the app’s privacy notice takes over.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@roadproof.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
